Greetings friends and family! We are so very grateful for all you have done to support us on this journey so far. Our plane flight leaves tomorrow, early Sunday morning, out of Charlotte. We have a short layover in Atlanta, then land in Guatemala City around 12:30pm their time (2 hours behind the east coast).
We will keep you updated here throughout the week. Until then, we have a couple of prayer requests.
• Please pray for safe travels.
• Pray for our hearts, that the Lord would prepare us to do His work with the sweet children and teachers at the schools in La Limonada, and that our eyes would be opened to every opportunity to see Him and share His love along our journey.
• We have one team member who is currently sick with a nasty stomach bug. She is staying behind with her husband, who was also scheduled to come with us. Please pray for quick healing so they can both join us on Monday.
•Pray for our families and children we are leaving behind for the week. Especially the younger ones, and those watching over them.
