Today was our last work day and we finished strong!! Our dental clinic had it’s busiest day, seeing almost 65 patients today!! Wow, they have done a great job this week!! We can’t wait to celebrate the dental volunteers that have help us this week with a special dinner tomorrow night!
The medical team happily dropped off tons of donated medications and supplies to a few academies in La Limonada. They need everything from adult diapers, insulin, and antibiotics to wound care supplies and pill boxes. It was amazing to fill just a few of the many needs they have!! Along with that, we continued with house visits to those that needed medical attention. Huge shoutout to our medical team for all their hard work this week!!
Tomorrow will be a day of celebration!! We will join the academies in their end of school year party at a local church. And then have a fun dinner with our volunteers that have made this week possible! Thanks to all our people back home that have been praying and encouraging us! We are grateful and pray that our time here in Guatemala has brought the light and hope of Jesus.
