This will be the last "team meeting" before our trip. We will answer last minute questions, make sure everyone is up to date on what is needed for this trip, and discuss the packing party. We will also decide on in country projects.

Packing Party Required
Pack all the supplies needed for the trip. Everyone should bring 1 suit case that the team case use to pack supplies. You will take this packed suit case home and will be responsible for bringing it to the airport.

Responsibilities
- Commit to attending 6-8 team meetings
- 100% of total trip fees are due 10 days prior to departure, or participant is ineligible to travel
